Refund Policy for Bali Visa UK
Welcome to balivisauk.com (Bali Visa UK). We specialize in providing expert consultation and facilitation services for individuals seeking Indonesian visas from the UK. Our mission is to simplify the often complex visa application process, ensuring our clients receive accurate guidance and efficient service. We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be transparent and fair in our refund practices. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Our Service Commitment
Bali Visa UK acts as a consulting and facilitation service. We assist you in preparing and submitting your visa application to the Indonesian immigration authorities. Our service fee covers the expert advice, document review, application form completion, liaison with relevant authorities, and the diligent processing of your application. It is important to note that while we ensure your application is prepared to the highest standard, the final decision on visa approval rests solely with the Indonesian immigration authorities. We do not guarantee visa approval, as this is beyond our control.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refund eligibility is strictly determined by the stage of your visa application process with Bali Visa UK:
1. Before Government Submission: 80% Refund
If you decide to cancel your visa application service before your application has been officially submitted to the Indonesian immigration authorities, you will be eligible for an 80% refund of the service fee paid to Bali Visa UK.
The 20% non-refundable portion covers the administrative costs, initial consultation, expert advice provided, time spent on document review, preliminary application preparation, communication, and payment processing fees incurred by Bali Visa UK up to that point. These initial stages involve significant effort and resources from our team to ensure your application starts on the right foot. We consider an application “submitted to the government” once we have formally lodged your details and documents with the relevant Indonesian immigration department, often resulting in an official application reference number or acknowledgement from them.
2. After Government Submission: 0% Refund
Once your visa application has been officially submitted to the Indonesian immigration authorities, no refund will be issued for the service fee paid to Bali Visa UK.
Our service fee is primarily for the professional consultation, meticulous preparation, and diligent submission of your application. Upon submission, our core service has been rendered. The resources, time, and expertise invested by Bali Visa UK to prepare and submit your application have been fully expended at this stage. Regardless of the outcome of the visa application (approval or rejection), our service in facilitating that submission is considered complete. At this point, the process moves into the hands of the immigration department, and our responsibility for the submission phase is fulfilled.
Exclusions from Refund Eligibility
Beyond the criteria above, certain circumstances will also render an application ineligible for a refund:
-
Visa Rejection by Immigration Authorities: If your visa application is rejected by the Indonesian immigration authorities for reasons that are not attributable to an error or negligence on the part of Bali Visa UK, no refund will be issued. Our service is to facilitate the application, not guarantee its approval. Common reasons for rejection, which are entirely outside of our control, include but are not limited to:
- The applicant providing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- The applicant having a criminal record, adverse immigration history (e.g., overstaying previous visas), or security concerns.
- Changes in immigration policy or criteria after submission.
- Failure to meet financial, health, or character requirements set by the Indonesian government.
- Any other reason deemed valid by the Indonesian immigration department.
We rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you, the client, and cannot be held responsible for issues arising from inaccuracies or omissions on your part.
- Applicant Withdrawal Post-Submission: If an applicant decides to withdraw their application after it has been submitted to the Indonesian government, this falls under the “After Government Submission” category, and therefore, no refund will be issued.
- Delays Caused by Immigration: Delays in processing times by the Indonesian immigration authorities are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
Refund Process Timeline
If your refund request is approved based on the eligibility criteria outlined above, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. This timeline accounts for necessary internal verification, financial reconciliation, and the processing times of banks and payment providers. We appreciate your patience during this period.
